About the event
Spend an hour with me as I guide you in a Mindfulness practice.
These sessions are designed to cater to a diverse audience, making them suitable for both new and experienced practitioners alike. For newcomers, these sessions provide a safe environment to start a regular Mindfulness practice, with the support of Rachel who will be leading these sessions. After the main practice there is an opportunity to discuss your experiences of the practice and delve deeper into what Mindfulness is all about.
