My Story

Rachel has been meditation for over 20 years, making it an integral part of her spiritual journey since her twenties. Introduced to meditation and progressive relaxation techniques in her teens to manage chronic pain, this sparked a transformative journey that has shaped her life.

Recently, Rachel embarked on a Mindfulness journey that has been truly remarkable. The courses she has taken, including Reiki and Mindfulness, have profoundly her life, making her feel more settled, confident, focused, and happier than ever before. She witnessed a positive shift in her life, realizing how her daily mindfulness practice not only benefits her but also positively impacts those around her. This inspired her to create this website to share these benefits.

In 2014, Rachel became a certified Meditation instructor, sharing her meditation knowledge through classes and tailored meditations. As she continued her development, she shifted her focus to Mindfulness, exploring literature and applying her learnings.

In 2019, she attended teachings at the Samye Ling Buddhist monastery to deepen her understanding of Mindfulness. 2022, she was certified to teach an 8-week mindfulness-based living course developed by the Mindfulness Association, which she had deeply benefitted from.

Rachel now teaches small groups of 8 to 10 people over eight weeks, allowing participants to immerse themselves in mindfulness practice and integrate it into their daily lives. Even as a Mindfulness Tutor, Rachel’s study of mindfulness continues. She is committed to personal growth, confronting uncomfortable aspects of herself while also embracing those she wishes to share with the world. She recognizes the shared nature of human suffering and believes that by being kinder to ourselves and those around us, we can collectively improve each other's lives.
